Returns and Refunds

Return requests must be made within 14 calendar days after you receive your order;
Products returned must be unused, unmodified, and in their original packaging;
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect;

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days;
Refunds will be refunded only to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours after placing your order;
Requests received after this window may not be honored if order processing has started.
